Refund Policy

We have a 30-Day return policy, Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, you can contact us at Contact@gw-watches.com

We will only accept returns for the following reasons

• Item was damaged/in poor condition when you received it
• Item was lost in transit
• You received the wrong item

Returns and exchanges

To request a return, contact us at Contact@gw-watches.com. Please be ready to provide the order number and photos of the item. If your item was approved to be exchanged for another you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will only be charged for return shipping cost (Non-refundable).

Refunds

If your request for a refund was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
